Inside the Coleen Rooney House
Inside High Lake Manor, the design feels modern but comfortable. Coleen has shown parts of the home through interviews and television appearances. The interiors use soft neutral tones, marble surfaces, large windows, and simple furnishings.
The result is a clean and welcoming home with plenty of room for everyday use and entertaining.
Grand Entrance Hall
The entrance creates a strong first impression with marble floors, curved staircases, and a large open layout.
A mezzanine adds height while chandeliers bring a softer touch to the space. The neutral palette keeps the large hallway feeling bright and calm.
Modern Kitchen
The kitchen is one of the main spaces inside the home. It features large stone islands, bright surfaces, and plenty of seating. British Vogue has shown the kitchen as one of the most prominent rooms in the house.
Formal Sitting Room
The formal sitting room uses grey and white furnishings with crystal chandeliers. The room has a polished look while keeping the colour scheme simple. Coleen has described it as a room she does not use very often.
Entertainment Spaces
Entertainment is a major part of the interior. The house includes a cinema room, snooker room, wine cellar, and several bars.
One bar has an Art Deco design with gold details, mirrored surfaces, and large windows overlooking the grounds.
Pool and Wellness Area
The indoor pool sits inside a glass pavilion overlooking the surrounding countryside. The wellness area also includes a hot tub, plunge pool, steam room, and gym, a similar setup to the recovery space LeBron James built into his own home to stay in shape between games. These spaces create a separate area for exercise and relaxation.
Family Playroom
The playroom has a more relaxed feel than the formal rooms. A neon Welcome to the Madhouse sign adds personality while storage areas keep the room practical.
Wayne Rooney Game Room
The home also includes a private game room with a golf simulator and bar area, not unlike the one Jackson Koivun built into his own Florida home to work on his game without leaving the house. The space gives the house a more casual side and adds another area for recreation.
Outdoor Space
The grounds extend the living space beyond the main house. A full size football pitch provides a dedicated area for training and matches.
The estate also has fishing lakes and open countryside views. An underground tunnel connects the house with the football pitch and makes access easy in all weather.
