The 11 million euro estate offers privacy, modern architecture, and quick access to FC Barcelona’s training ground, along with a private football pitch, a cinema, and both indoor and outdoor pools.

Inside the Lamine Yamal House
Lamine Yamal home sits in Ciutat Diagonal, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods near Barcelona. High walls, private gates, and mature trees surround the estate, creating a quiet setting away from the spotlight. From the street, very little of the house is visible. That level of privacy is one of its biggest strengths.
Now step inside and explore this modern Barcelona mansion, from its open living spaces and luxury amenities to the features that make it a perfect home for one of football’s brightest young stars.
The Exterior
Designed by architect Mireia Admetller and completed in 2012, the villa blends modern architecture with Mediterranean style. Clean stone facades, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and flat rooflines give the home a timeless look.
A gated entrance, landscaped gardens, and a long private driveway provide both security and privacy, while the spacious grounds create a peaceful setting just outside Barcelona
The Great Room
The heart of the home is a bright, open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gardens. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.
The open layout makes the room feel spacious while keeping everyday living comfortable and practical. A similar open-plan design can be seen in Jacob Elordi’s Hollywood Hills home, where the kitchen and living area flow together without walls separating the spaces.
The Kitchen
The kitchen connects directly to the main living area, creating a modern open-plan design. Premium appliances, generous counter space, and custom cabinetry make it well suited for daily cooking and family meals. Its simple, functional layout reflects a home built for everyday living rather than formal entertaining.
The Study and Recording Studio
One of the property’s most distinctive spaces is the former recording studio, which was created during the home’s previous ownership.
The professionally designed soundproofing and built-in infrastructure make it suitable for a variety of uses, including a private office, media room, or gaming space.
The Entertainment Room
A dedicated entertainment room sits away from the main living areas, giving family and guests a separate place to relax. This thoughtful layout separates entertainment from everyday living, much like Tom Brady’s Brentwood home, where distinct spaces are designed for hosting guests while maintaining privacy.
The Primary Suite
The primary suite occupies its own private wing of the house, positioned away from the street for added peace and privacy. Large windows overlook the gardens, while the spacious layout provides a quiet retreat after training, travel, and match days.
The Bathroom
The villa includes five modern bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the home to serve the six-bedroom layout. High-quality finishes, contemporary fixtures, and spacious designs provide comfort for both family members and guests.
The Indoor and Outdoor Pools
One of the estate’s standout features is its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a rare combination even among Barcelona’s luxury homes.
The outdoor pool includes a waterfall feature and is surrounded by landscaped gardens, while large glass walls throughout the main living areas open onto views toward the Mediterranean.
Sports and Outdoor Amenities
The grounds include a private football pitch, a padel court, open lawns, and landscaped outdoor areas built for recreation and recovery. Yamal is also to be turning part of the property into a personal cinema, giving him a private space to unwind close to home.
